Ben White put Arsenal ahead in the 70th minute, but Bournemouth equalised through Marcos Senesi 10 minutes later.
It looked like the match was heading for a draw, but Reiss Nelson popped up with a dramatic winner in the 97th minute to clinch all three points for Arsenal.
